Hollywood - WTF is wrong ??

Does anyone have a phone number for me to contact these people please ?

I have made a deposit into their FNB account on Saturday morning @ about 11:15. Guess what ? It still does not reflect on my account after I have sent them the deposit notification on their website. I have also spoken to a lady shortly after the deposit notification who promissed me that it would reflect on my account within an hour. Yesterday morning I have also sent them an email via their "contact us" option on their website but still no success.

amazing how I have never had a prob with dep or withdrawing from their site.....I guess I must be the lucky one ...

Callatus, what bank did you send it from and was it the 1st time?

Titch morning. It is the second time this happens to me. First time I thought it was just all the gremlins in the internet system but now I think otherwise.

Still think highly of them - just so frustrating if one wants to bet and there are NOOOOO funds.

I have experience the same when transfering to their FNB account.

But Saterday they have put my account in a negative and is still waiting for an explanation.

Callatus, If you look they have a standard bank acc below the Fnb acc. Also made the same mistake. You also transfered after closing time Sat so would probably only have been processed last night.

Now they say it was a system error.

Is it possible for them to make a losing bet a winning bet ? :S

In hope I am not not going to have a problem in the future.
I always used my credit card previously (no problems).
I have cut up my Credit card now and will have to transfer via my current account in the future.
