Does Hollywood own Standard bank geez i knew that had a few fingers in pies but standard bank ()

at the end of the day a bookie is like any other business, they are there for the profit and dont make a mistake if you are hurting them they will limit you quick. i cant say you can blame them who will willing take big bets when the punter have a good track record of wins? i bet with the same guy now for 15 year. we have agreed limits and that is the best, this online non sense the bookie dont even now who you are

but what i have learnt since..is that bank transfers are dicey..but some bookies offer SID PAYMENTS this is brilliant...and the bookie pays for the transfer...SIDis like a bridging company...once the transfer is done from my account..SID takes the necessary steps and credits the bookies account in real time...even if there is a delay...they become the holding company,and they forward the transfer to the bookie the necessary amount,,as u refresh yoyr online account..the money is there....HOOLYWOOD SHOULD REALLY LOOK INTO THIS METHOD OF PAYMENT

Is this all online bookies? I can honestly say i never had a problem withdrawing or deposting money with any of the accoutns ive used. used ladbroks overseas, used sportingbet and betting world local. Was with victor chandler before that, before they closed.

I can also say that i have never had a problem with my tote account yet either.

I have opened an Interbet account but will soon close it. The interface is shocking. Sportingbet for me has the best operators and odds, but i dont like the interface either. Also they offer the biggest markets on my football bets. Hollywood just seems to overly busy on the screen. One day i will find an online bookie that i really enjoy. Either that or i need to start my own

yes I believe so unless the bookmaker has it as a payment option Worldofsport has it..

To be fair no one takes a fax as confirmation of anything anymore, it a scam that every one knows about.

With regards limits, my limits are R2000 World Of Sport, R2000 Mbet, R3000 Betxchange, R5000 Bettingworld, R5000 Playbet and R10000 Hollywood.

Bettingworld will lay 20 or 30K without too much fuss on the phone, Betxchange went to 2 Million for a same horse double once, and Hollwood has layed 150K to me and often lays decent sized bets without any fuss.

World Of Sport wont lay me a phone bet, and not 1 cent more than R2000, and because I was playing on the rugby last world cup, where I dont have a clue and just got lucky lol. Ladbrokes will lay me R0.00 of a horse, but assure me the account isn't closed and Sportingbet lets me put R72.00 on SA racing.

Given that not a single bookmaker lets me take more than 5K of a horse online except for Hollywood, this is a BS thread.
