Why do Hollywoodbets have so much BS

i understand that we can find faults in all bookmakers, after all, they are running a business to generate a profit, and we as punters utilising their services wanna get the most out of the deal......thats a long time between the time of scratching and the time the bet was placed, in hollywoods defence, i know that they normally really quick to adjust betting when a runner gets scratched, and whilst they doing it, the field goes shows as sp.....
i have personally deposited over 70k with hollywood for the month of august alone, and when i have a dispute, im left to deal with people that have less knowledge than my domestic helper with regards to how things are done at hollywood.....
i guess hollywood as just lost a good client of theirs......gonna be looking to join another site now! any suggestions?

if you want the big bets you must try lance michael. for the best service i like fouries, they are top class (tu)

hilton..MBET....there's a lady called LEIGH running the site...very very competent....any querries..and prices ,she gets back to u within 5 minutes...more so.u get a 1% loyalty bonus back....for the R70 000 u spent in august u would get R700 AS A BONUS....save the bonus into a seperate account and go for a holiday in december somewhere with the R9000 u get in a year...that loyalty bonus is normally my spending money for my holiday...more so...they are approachable....i look at at all the websites prices...betfair included(sports bets) ,then phone her and let her know and ask her if she can match or better those prices....a week ago...best on offer on local sites..0.25 south africa to win the series ...actaully it really meant i was taking south africa double result in the 3rd test beause a win or a draw would have secured the series...phoned her and told her...betfair had 0.33 the same bet...she gave me0.31.....31000/100 000...no problems...with my loyalty bonus i got 32 000/100 000....more so...on the 5th day morning...england were 30/1 to win the game....she gave me 100 000/3000...she's on the ball and knows her stuff

Were you ever paid out for a horse you bet that didnt win ?

How long did it take them to rectify it ?

Did they ever compensate you for the lost of the result of the above ?

i just wanna clarify that the 100k i refer to was lost in this manner.....i had 145k in my acc, and wanted to withdraw the bulk of it, hollwood messed me arounf with regards to the withdrawal and i ended up playing it all out...silly of me, but i know that i wouldnt have played that amount out had i just been able to withdraw what was righfully mine....
with regards to the soccer bet that they scratched it was part of an all to come bet that was to pay 32000 to 3000, and then they give me the kak story of them having to scratch 1 team although results show as 3-1 in fav of the team i had to win.....amazing!!!
the worst of it all is that when i enquired, i had spoken to 5 different people and got 5 different stories, and the cherry on the top is whn they dont really kno wwhat they speaking about and just say to you that i must refer to terms and conditions(small print that basically +*&#%s the client)....im sure if they look on my hollywood acc they will know exactly what im refering to..
