Very disappointed with Hollywood

I know that they sponser this site, but I am very disappointed with them, and their call centre's attitude.

I won a percentage of the P6 today in Natal...[I played for 12%; and doubled up in the fifth leg as I had the field and the coupling won...]

They then proceed to take more than an hour to pay me after the official pay-pay...

Then, they to pay me less than the amount I had won; when I phone them to complain, the first lady tells me that race 8 had a 50% deduction that why I was paid less; really, in the Pick 6?

Anyway, another gent [Sibo] then takes the call; I explain my problem to him, and he says he will call me as soon as he has an answer to my query...he calls me and tells me I was paid that amount because in "leg 6, the favourite was scratched, and the new tote favourite did not win"...

I explain to him that I am not querying leg 6, but leg 5...he says to me that he does not know that rule about the coupling...

He then tells me he has to confirm with the Tote and will call me in five minutes; that was 20 minutes ago...cmon Hollywood, sort it out...

The decision makers are busy watching the rugby:D I'm sure they will pay...please let us know.

Have had your problem in the past as well, at times they're pretty slack & their operators are not trained sufficiently or don't give a shit.
