Rob, farking hell, Kitty stated the horse would go off 4/10????!! That is not exactly correct and you can't be telling me the posts on here by Titch and AF prevented the horse shortening into that price. Titch never said it wouldn't win, I for one never interpreted it as that, in fact call me frigging stupid if you want to but I thought Titch was initially referring to Kitty's odds prediction! And I saw the rest of his comments as more the horse can win but its not going to get beaten to a shred if the jock doesn't feel its in a position to do so. The jock did think it could win, felt it was ok beneath him no doubt, and by all reports, unlike the jock on the one that got disqualified, went hell for leather to win. Good for him, I criticise jocks plenty who I feel don't do enough to win. If people's observations are correct then the one who "got the lot" was very lucky because it sounds to me like the jock on Cape R gifted it to him... BUT I still haven't seen it myself.
And I've just gone and read the posts again and still feel the same.
Anyway, Rob, I really don't see it the way you do. You might be right... as I said originally, but for me, its still "Kenilgate" with the gate shut. Lets not beat it to a pulp though, if you don't see it that way then you don't, I just think it was unfortunate shall we say that you posted in the way you did. If you are wrong then you gave someone who was trying to help a fairly personal and unwarranted attack, in my opinion. If you are right, then I still don't think the posts on here would have made that much of a difference. And, I'm not sure calling the guy naive etc is appropriate on a horse that won on an objection in a dead heat where the losing jock apparently didn't do everything he should have to secure the win. It just doesn't make 4 when I add up your "theory"
Anyway, I'm now knackered so, good night lol
