Day Walker = Bernard Du Preez
I have always loved horses since I was a little guy watching my dad punt on the Rothmans Durban July
I have owned shares in several horses and have some babies coming up
My favourite or most exciting horse seen - Tommy Hotspur
My horses owned - Lord of the Rings, Day Girl, Sandown Bay, Reprisal, Spanish Reign. I loved Lord of the Rings most as he was my first.
Favourite trainer - Dennis Drier and wife Gill
New Baby to look out for - July Morning
Motto - look past the rubbish and enjoy these Majestic animals
Man U soccer

I guess it's time I put my name up on this post as well.
I've been on the site for around two months now and it has been quite an experience. I am from remote old East London. Love horseracing since a young boy and have grown up watching my old man and his newspaper, studying the racecard. Been to the track as an underage youngster, with all the grown up things put into hand including smokes to get through the security gates!!!!! Have no connections except you guys on the forum, so any selections I give are purely my own likes! Currently unemployed due to retrenchment, but fortunately the ponies have been kind thus far. Looking at re-locating to the Western Cape in the near future, so have been applying for work down there.
Many thanks to all the daily regulars like gregbucks, eastexpo, ShezaPunter, Ou Ryperd, 2 cents, magiclips, homer etc. Also to scotia, lucky dude and the others who keep the site maintained and running, and to the newbies like the sizzling hot Miss Becky. The site is quite addictive, and the tips are really good and very informative. Thanks for all your contributions and may you all enjoy the sport of horseracing which we all love with it's ups and downs.
Cheers Mates!!!!
