WTF Kimberly

So how does this happen? They new there was water on the track last night as per the Shams post? So they send everyone down to Kimberly jocks officials owners the lot and then only check the track at 12/10 Whatna bunch of clowns ? Come on guys surely this should have happened early this morn?

does anyone ever get fired at Phumelela?

I can only assume they wanted to wait as long as possible before testing the track....

Still I don't know how the track would be THAT bad that everyone agreed unanimously that the track was unsafe....

There hasn't been a drop of rain now for probably 12 hours or more and they have had a full morning in glorious sunshine to get the turn sorted.....

Oh well, like I said, enjoy the bus ride back boys

on sahra site it says 13mm in last 24 hours and 23mm in last 7 days that was posted at 8am.....whoever was responsible for the vaal sand track and the kimberly one should be taken outside and shot at dawn...it is very clear what has happened with both tracks say no more

The poor horses that travelled there... What a bunch of Bozos! Watching the decision being announced was similar to watching parliament in action, minus the vernacular.

It's because the arrogant @#$%s, think they know everything...

This is seriously poor guys. I just wonder who foots the bill for this. It is mind boggling and while I'm not an expert I watched those two horses gallop and if it was that bad now after all the sunshine this morn coupled with the rainfall figures posted then I'm confused. Airfares - bus fares - food costs - horse transport costs . And the stipe on course says WE ALL AGREED LET'S GO HOME. Just very very poor and unprofessional but we getting used to it now.
