Seemingly The Presiding Judge (Competitions Tribunal) is not happy with the decision and the Tribunal is dragging its feet to give reasons for the consent!

Oops - given what was posted by various people who attended the hearings I must say I was surprised that it went the way it did and I know there were a few people who were also quite shocked. Could be interesting!

Just been told the above is very doubtful ,the only thing concrete is that phindi has appealed the verdict .
