Why was it not tested?...............................:S

After the favorite in today's most talked about race in the country banged her forehead and fell in the no5 stall and the jock was released shud the field not be taken out and the gates tested for any malfunction?

No official with foresight to act with hands on approach here, hope for future reference someone makes a mental note in the little black book to avoid upsetting occurences like today.
