@Partyline:

Strange.... my suggestion to DTI and Premiers, etc about 5-6 years ago to fund blacks' entry into the horseracing industry via cooperatives.

They didn't even f...g acknowledge!

When my colleague and I used to prepare Business Plans for applicants to Umsobomvu / Khula / Youth Fund, etc.... they were rejected.

Yet, similar plans / ideas stolen for projects by someone else! I even suggested that grooms could get together and form cooperatives (James Maree will bear me out on this) to own and race their own horses.

Bunch of thieving crooks.....!

Should have joined Malema!

BTW:

As much as I am against BEE, can I call upon black clan members to join me to form cooperatives for horse-ownership?
Minimum of 5, with some youth and females would be recommendable.

The DTI gives a grant-in-aid of R300 000, subject to a 10% input (cash, assets or expertise). A business plan is required which I can compile.

The cooperative can be converted into a CC / company after 6 months.

PM or email me (hola@telkomsa.net) if interested so that I can get things going.

Regret..... blacks (PDI) only!

Dave and Hibs.... please stand outside.... yes, you may take the umbrella and if you have to.... pee on the grass!

To be fair... in hindsight, the thread title should have read -" calling Umlilo":)

Anyway just thought it was an interesting clip, it's full of political soundbites.

When such issues arise, whites are shit scared to open their mouths for fear of being classed racist.

Blacks, on the other hand, wallow in ignorance or rather just shut up and 'take' as entitlement!

In my opinion, the cooperative grant should be made available to all South Africans (proceeds from the tax we all pay), with preferably a means test.

Only then can anyone (who thinks they have the monopoly to 'upliftment / transformation ) can be said honestly to be promoting a South Africa 'for all who live in it'!

Right now, even blacks who are not at the trough, are also excluded / discriminated against!
