Both retired Donavon had a bad fall and Devin a bike accident

Whatever happened to the young promising appie in his time - D. Howell? David? His 1st winner was aboard Carpocrates and Formgrids shows his last ride in 2007. I did hear about a bad story in the apprentice school where a Mauritian apprentice poured boiling water over him? He never returned since then?

Are you refering to Donovan Howell, if so he went to the Cape for a while before heading to Hong Kong , saw him in England last year working Tony Millard's horse.

Jannie Bekker I believe is still around,heard he is a business man now. D.Carstens is making a comeback soon I believe or that's what I heard.
