What is going on?

I'm not the biggest or best punter around but somebody please hear me out here. I need help!

Today I played the Jackpot at Arlington.
After they ran the 6th Race, the jackpot will pays (tabgold) showed 218 tickets standing on No. 13 in the 8th Race with a provisional dividend of R1372.

The final result showed over 1000 winning tickets with a payout of R290.

I am absolutely baffled and horrified at the same time.

Where did the other 800 winning tickets come from????

If i may ,had a look at the will pays after 2nd leg you are correct about the R 1300 odd payout ,but the third leg ,the field qualified.That was the reason for a R290 odd payout.This payout was similar to a pic3 payout not a Jackpot one .Sorry .
