Tarry did'nt get the money as he backed the other 2 bigtime(rumours). I heard about the rumour on Friday and then concluded that the trainer must've detected it late otherwise he wouldn't have backed it initially. The rumour/truth was that Pomodoro was making breathing noises.

A game for K's and C's, I think we all know who we are here!

Read an article before the July from Tarry saying that Pomodoro was in better shape than when he won last year. Personally i couldnt have Pomodoro at that weight and price. But i also brassed Heavy Metal with the big weight too!

Predicting how these animals will perform is almost impossible but I must say the only trainer i find that is worth listening to is MDK. The rest I wouldn't pay much attention to.

I will add though that a trainers assessment of their horses well being is important to the public, but any more than that I say close your ears, read the form book and assess the prices.

This story stinks. It shows how unimportant the punter is to the trainer. The punters has been suffering a long time with this shit. The real people here are the punters. We put our money down and we take it in our stride when the horse gets beaten by something better on the day.

This is why I do not listen to the crap that is presented by jockey and conditioner.Thiselton can continue reckoning (it is his fav word) till he is blue in the face about trainers thoughts on their runners but to me he is worth nothing if he doesn't do his job.Why must this story surface in this way.Why hasn't he commented or investigated.Yellow is the predominant colour in this story. To Tarry and his like Ben says FY.

Perhaps trainers shouldn't be sponsored by bookmakers ?

It was written in the Racing Express section of the Citizen on the morning of the race about the setback.......
Running the horse with a temperature is sure way to f@ck it up......hey with so many strings to the bow we could all be shitty archers.......:S

The Sham yard are transparent and usually correct in their assessment. And unfortunately i dont listen to them either. To my cost.
As regards pomodoro. . How the hell can you run a valuable animal with a temperature. In my opinion. . . .IDIOTS .

Are we absolutely sure that he had a temperature? I very much doubt Sean would do that to his best horse. :S Lets make 100% sure that the story is true.
