Flash Harry I agree with Rockspider. Kbly is dear to us. We support ourselves and our families plus we support about a 100 workriders and grooms with their families. Some of them grew up in Kbly and spend their lives in horseracing. That is all they know. Turn a blind eye to Kbly. If you dont like it, ignore it. Just because you dont like Kbly racing hundrends of people must be without an income. Where will all these people go. Grooms and workriders and their families live on course. That is a bit unfair my friend. If you are a punter there is other options on Mondays, lots of overseas racing.

flash....i dont understand u....with all your knowledge and love of the sport...i cnt fathom why u want kimberley closed....i can totally understand...that there is so many misforgivings in kimberley at the moment...but this shouldn't be to the determint of racing in that region....the horses there have a chance of competing amongst a certain level..and thats whats it about...a second chance really...and what wrong with having a second chance...and the good thing about that grade of racing is that its all in one place...so if it doesnt appeal to u..u have the prerogative of sleeping in on mondays....but imagine if there are no kimberley..and they have a seller and a claimer on the vaal card...then u are forced to bet on this grade...if they are in exotics....what i see is that the administration of kimberley is up the pole...meaning all the bad publicity and transgressions go unnoticed...but if that is sorted out...its a great place to race...and earn at the same time...

just to also add ..rockspider,i for 1 called for a boycott on kimberley racing as a punter...but that was also said that the boycott will take place as long as the vissers are allowed to nominate and race horses..whilst this current situation is not resolved....so to lable punters as addicitive is also way out of line...even if they are..u should have held back in what u said...

Guru that is the best way to describe it same with the presenters always saying this is the worst field that they have seen but when u look at the pools for that race there is no diffs in the poolsizes hich shows punters will put their money down as long as there is form to pick a winner be it a 100mr rating at turf or a lowly 62mr at flamingo

correct rg unfortunately fh stuck in the dark ages...when an owner buys a horse they expect the operators to put on races for them no matter how weak they are...ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD 80 TO 90 PERCENT OF HORSES ARE MODERATE IN OZ THEY HAVE IT SPLIT INTO COUNTRY PROVINCIAL AND CITY RACING so all horses are catered for and by doing that you dont lose owners to the industry and they go back and buy something else at the next sale...its the THRILL OF WINNING WHICH OWNERS WANT no matter where they win and what stake it is...dont put on races and these owners are lost and without owners we got no industry...take away the 350 horses in kim and then we have new basement horse must we do away with those as well so soon we only got mr 90 and above horses.....this can be applied to all sports like golf soccer tennis etc...maybe just have the premier league and do away with the 20 leagues below it
