Hashim Amla

Not sure what to make of the 'performance' - on the one hand it looked like most of the team 'needed the run'; on the other hand I am also worried that the only way forward with this team is down - but hopefully after staying at the top for a while longer - the trick is to find a couple of younger guys and blend them into the team - while rotating the senior statesmen like Smith and Kallis - also I may be wrong, but neither Du Plessis or Robin Petersen looked good enough for the 'big' stage - and Alviro has always been sort of a 'stop-gap' opener in my view.

We need the youngsters in SA cricket to start putting up their hands - and we desperately need a quality spinner - maybe that van Buren laaitie of the Titans could be a prospect for the future.

Lets hope they don't flatten out second run after a rest ...()
