Personal comments on today's meeting:
R1 Top 6 in the betting to fight it out. Tribaut is my preferred runner
R2 Billy of Beaumont. Lake Bnjamin, Dance Club and Red Minnaloushe to fill the frame
R3 Very open race. However, after watching Red Squared running on so nicely on Monday, I think he will go one better today. Evariste, Soofee, Crimson Express, Song of Victory and Pretty Flamingo to fight it out for places
R4 As stated above, Winter Fantasy is my banker in everything today.
R5 Vauclair to win back to back races at Fairview 1200. Banker in PA, but taking cover in the P6 and JP with Le Var and Navistar
R6 Now we get to the really higher grade race. Anything can win this. My few preferred runners are Oats, Swedish King, Kingston, My Jellybean, Lord Leigh, Chesapeake and Hottojetto
R7 Daffodil day deserves to win this. But how does trainers Snailth and Wilmot get their one time winners in this race? Suppose I 'll have to get a wet cloth to wipe egg off after the race
R8 The Sham stable may pull the same trick here as the Kenyan athletes do year in and year out at the middle distance athletics meetings. Dominate completely. Definite banker if we still had couplings. My preference is Brother in Arms based on the performance of Due and Payable at the Vaal yesterday. BIA finished 7 lengths behind D&P in Sep before coming here. Repeat that run and sh!t in. Of the others by other trainers, Placido, Tealion and Wogsy have fair chances
Have fun everyone!!! Enjoy

If that was my PA, Oats would win and only one of my 5 would run a drum! :S

Thanks Titch and Len. The claims on Miss Friskie and Evariste must be very recent claims as I checked the HWood betting before poasting my pre race Notes. I saw the movement on Oats, but from 4/1 to 7/2 did not consider it a 'claim'.
Gonna be very interesting......
