Pity the NHA /handicappers can't find their own arses with either hand,with the lights on.....................surely this stable should at least be asked to explain &/or investigate why so many inmates run way below their ratings, in PE...............frequency defies coincidence surely..........I would have thought the stable would be concerned by now!
