We have been in the dark here since 12 last night. Here in Fourways it has been raining since Saturday evening non stop.

Yes some guys having the rain and darkness, you should immigrate to Pretoria?

No visa needed, but Afrikaans advantages.
It helps if you are in a pub after the game.
We don't use them, only transfer money electronically from laptop and use credit cards.
We will soon have a racetrack, not only for family days.

It has become evidently clear that our government and its subsidiaries cannot supply its citizens with enough power/electricity.
Whatever the reason is, be it mismanagement, poor planning, supplying neighbours at our expense, inability to transport coal or whatever, the problem is here and here to stay for the indefinite future.
Maybe its time we the citizens of this country to try play our part in helping this hapless leadership with some action of our own.
Maybe a campaign to encourage as many individuals, companies, business', entities, etc as possible to each play our part in conserving as much energy as possible.
Be prudent in the use of electricity. If we can cut by 25%, which appears to be the short-fall, we can solve many future problems until our government hopefully sorts its priorities out.
Just a thought. Any ideas ?
