Does anyone know where one can find the official list of the percentages which the Tote deducts from each of their bets?

I have been looking on their site and cannot locate this information. Maybe I'm blind......

I was always under the impression it was 25% of gross t/over pools from racing. With the sports betting soccer 6, rugby 5 etc. something like 33% ?
