What did he say? I have only watched under starters orders once in last couple of years, in order to save a brick from going through the tv

Sorry guys though everyone watches USO.

Basically Joe said that its about time the people who controls racing should start listening to the punters and having the punters interest at heart first and foremost, in a nutshell.
