Who and why is the best performer so far at the world cup...? I ask to get your views, not knowing that much about the play and hoping to see what you see in the players....

Arjen Robben thus far. He is considered old in footballing terms yet the goals he has scored will put the younger generation in the shade. He's attitude, determination and pace have been amazing.

Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Agree that it has been Robben only because his first thought is to get / move forward...and that is the reason he has scored three goals as he has attacked before defences set...

Classic, composed player very relaxed when put in a situation.
Never goes under pressure from wat I seen so far.

For me it has to be Neymar. He is single handily carrying a nations hopes on his shoulder. He is skilfull and as seen in the first two games if he does not score then Brazil does not win.
Was very unlucky against Mexico as he found a keeper in brilliant form.
I dont fancy or like Brazil to win the WC but he for me has been the standout.
