I think that's the way to go Oscar - get paid a decent amount + still retain a 'chunk' so that if you luck into a 'monster' you don't end up kicking yourself for giving away the crown jewells, when it hacks up in some $2 million race - lol!

Especially with the astromonical amounts such studs recieve post racing!
