Capitec account suspended for Hollywood

Hi Dev

Please note that I was told by bank that the capitec account for Hollywood deposits was suspended due to fraudulent activity.

I then called holllywood's accounts department who confirmed that there is a problem since Sunday night and has not yet been rectified.

Has anyone else experienced a similar problem ?

I know our team has had issues with viewing our statements for Capitec which has made clearing account deposits difficult. I know they have been in communication with Capitec with regards to the issue. However there has been no mention whatsoever of fraudulent activity, so not sure where that is coming from. I have asked for response from our account managers to see where we currently are with regards to getting it resolved. Will provide feedback as soon as possible.
