I am convinced staff report for work whenever it suits them.................everything is so often late ,and sometimes for early Hong Kong meetings,no show at all!
Complete lack of management.

.....and now the whole tote pay out/ will pay system is again totally retarded.....FFS when are they going to sort out their IT problems.....are they hoping that by not attending to these on going problems the arm chair(I prefer the sofa)punter is going to get off their arses and go off to the race courses.....hell no.....the casinos are much better.....

Further to the point about staff management....................shortstaffed on Sundays??????
