HOLLYWOOD REUSES TO CANCEL BETS

I took a Canadian with Hollywood bets
after the announcement that there will be a surface change I tried to get bets cancelled
to no avail
had a fight with 5 staff members all claiming that I will be refunded at the end of the day
but the rules say if anything changes all bets are cancelled
what a lot of pathetic people

All I wanted was to have the chance to restructure my Canadian but to no avail
it is sad that you have to work with a bunch of uniformed people
will now wait till the money shows and do a withdrawl
i am just a unhappy customer but what the heck...........

Just takes time for information to filter through, all bets would have been cancelled

I agree with you 100%...it is absolute bull that the bets are not cancelled now...especially bipots!!

I have now tried to get the bets cancelled from 13h45
still not showing
but that what is happening when you have incompetent staff
they say it shows closed and their are nothing they can do
I have no 13 in 1st Race if it wins you will see how quickly the money will be in my account

And the 13 does win...

so now I phone them and told them since the money wasn't refunded I suppose the bets stands
now they are saying it is not standing
you will never win with Bookmakers
bunch of thieves

rules are there for you to read,your bet will be cancelled by every bookie

i also said the refund should be quicker and hollywood would want the refund to be quicker they have nothing to gain with not letting you replace your bets.

if you had said come on refund quicker,great i agree

but i cant agree with you calling them thieves and will defend them
