I feel like you have to be very patient with them. If you can find a trainer who doesn't run 2 year olds and can wait for a 3 year old maturing late, then you could be on to something

If you need it to run 25 times when turning 3, he is your man
. sure get some value for money, just don't expect to get much of a horse back
