R2 Wetherby Iconic Rose E/W. Pretty much anything could happen here as most of these mares have little or no experience in steeplechases. The selection has disappointed the last twice (her only two starts over fences), but she would have hated the heavy ground both times and today's better going should be ideal. Won well over hurdles off 102 three runs ago, so today's mark of 99 looks potentially generous. 7/1 a good E/W price in a race which probably won't take much winning.

R2 Taunton Midnight Jazz E/W. Avispa is a worthy favourite, but she was very disappointing last time and could be worth opposing at around 8/13. The selection has ground to make up on the favourite on Newbury form, but was travelling very well that day until making a mistake two out which stopped her in her tracks. Ran well at Fakenham last time where the slow pace wouldn't have suited her (also made a couple of mistakes there) and could represent some value today. Can make the first three at around 7/1 and might be the one to benefit if Avispa disappoints again.

The Widish draw might suit Telegraph in the first at Wolves, this surface has been harder to predict than the old surface imo and least we know he acts on it.

Form has been erratic on all weather this winter but if I were to have a bet today it would be on Ocean Legend. Saving what little I have in the tank for a few that I really fancy on Thursday at Dubai where my form has kept me in food this year.
