I have asked our accounts manager to contact you and get more info on your deposit. There were no messages from my team telling me we had issues with our banks or deposit facilities this weekend, because if there had been, I would have certainly posted something here. Was it an EFT, credit card, Payfast?

I will post the link here again with the forum post with all the alternative contact methods if you having issues with your deposit not reflecting. I'm sorry your deposit still has not cleared, but I have asked them to get hold of you.

You say Hollywood are not experiencing any problems, I made a deposit this morning and when I contacted you accounts dept, they claim to have network problems. Can you kindly assist?

Calling the accounts department is totally shocking. I actually grind my teeth when I have to call. Totally useless. You get transfered from department to department and sometimes nobody actually picks up on there extention. I already accepted the things I cannot change.

Dean I have sent this onto our accounts managers and asked them to investigate and quality test. We will work on this.

The team has found your deposit and have now credited your account Magi. I have asked them to investigate why there was such a delay, and why it wasn't picked up on Saturday. We will get to the bottom of it. Apologies once again.

hi dev , on a slightly different note , the on line winning form is playing up again ?? will it be fixed ? ie formlines are a mess .

i had issues on SATURDAY with deposits not reflecting fast enough........ missed a winning bet on R1 turffontein, posted complaint on another thread.

i now also have an INTERBET acc due to Hollywood delays with their deposit system.
