Hollywoodbets...... and no deposits

I paid for my ticket for the tour and then went to the loo. Came out and the people carrier had already left. I then went to the office and explained the situation to them but they told me to come back the following day. I explained that I was leaving LA that day, oh shit sorry wrong Hollywood.

The team constantly fix any corrupted form on the online WF website. They are aware and fix as soon as they can.

I have asked our accounts manager to contact you and get more info on your deposit. There were no messages from my team telling me we had issues with our banks or deposit facilities this weekend, because if there had been, I would have certainly posted something here. Was it an EFT, credit card, Payfast?

I will post the link here again with the forum post with all the alternative contact methods if you having issues with your deposit not reflecting. I'm sorry your deposit still has not cleared, but I have asked them to get hold of you.

Thanks Dev they sorted this morning but did not know what went wrong. Is merely irritating and not life threatening but actually meant I had a bet free weekend... not a bad thing !!

Disappointed...no...but wanting to party? No.... But Hollywoodsorted after email which I found in Devs response so now I can lose some more money

I am finding that the website is deteriorating slowly but surely ...........there is always something not working quite right! It certainly seems that bookmakers need to put their service providers under more pressure.
Yesterday I had a particularly annoying experience as I submitted a bet ,which reflected an error message ...............submitted again and bet placed !
After the race (and losing) I discovered that the original bet had in fact been struck so I ended up with 2x my bet.
(I don't have leg to stand on because I didn't notice until after the race - just finding I need to be more and more vigilant,so be wary guys)

Thats happened to me too Rob.
Then you get impatient and press submit 3 or 4 times
