He has had 206 2nds to date, my question is how many of those 2nds was less than half a lenth
of the winners and how much money have the owners lost because he is just not good enough to get the horse over the line,???? (12% win)
Then how many favorites has he ran 2nd and 3rd ???
If he can convert half of the 206 2nds he would have walked the championship.
I know some of you will say so does most off the jocks -
Lyle Hewitson - stats are also quite high but when he is on a favorite you know he is trying

I think this is a unfair post and comment. Muzi has done so well. He doesn’t get the top rides the others get. I’m a fan of Lyle and Muzi and I think both have done brilliant jobs. Muzi probably has so many seconds on horses that probably were 3rd and 4ths with another jock. He tries really hard and when on a stayer he is super dangerous. Give both men credit and a Bells, been great to watch. Well done.
