Surely the NHA needs to issue an amendment to their rules. or cancel the races.

is their a precedent???

Surely this an extreme circumstance and taking into account that at the time of acceptances all horses were juveniles, to now cancel the races and deprive owners of a chance to earn some decent stakes because the race is run 24 hrs late would be catastrophic..
Give everything but up!
