I see he`s going to ride a few months in the states during the UK winter/off season,now a few months riding the JHB/Cape feature season would be a nice warm weather job for thses top jocks

Jocks like

KIRBY,COSGRAVE and a host of top class Irish jocks will probably not have dubai plans and would add value to SA stables over the European winter

If De Sousa came over I would pay off my overdraft in three weeks - very strong

oh dear he is taking a big chance going to SA to race against world stars like superman. :huh: The Craig twins will be a ready poised on their keyboards if their man on a 1/20 favourite beats De Sousa on a 25/1 shot. De Sousa one of the top riders who will be UK Champ this season. Pity he is only going for the summer but mark my words he will ride more winners in that short space of time then most of the other pretenders will in the entire SA season.

Which ever way u look at it, this can only be good for SA racing
