E mails

Did not receive email in last day which is unusal so I checked it says user name or password incorrect
So sent sms and it replies cell no linked to other accounts linked so phone 10210
Normal greeting chose various options then we are experiencing high call volumes so 30 mins later the guy says we are having email problems with a server being down
Now can I ask you does anyone at Telkom have the mentally to just mention this on the pre recorded message when this backlog of calls are waiting to speak to an operator !@**

Such a simple thing to have done and will reduce call volumes and increase service levels ..

In the normal business environment this will be done.

Still have no incoming emails I actually went to Telkom and the managed to delete my previous complete records outbox inbox and drafts but we're still unable to get me to receive mails
They truly fit into the normal SA service provider
