When "prepping" or "needed the run" becomes a valid excuse for not running to ability ,racing is F &%*d

The NHA need to get together with the trainers and agree parameters as the problem with their rules is they are not measurable which means they useless "If you cant measure it ,you cant manage it" .................basic!
