New Predator scratched.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

(15 lengths to spare over next best on ratings..........if it needs it more than that ,then I give up)

My bet for the day comes up in race 8, Laurel Cherry (22/10). She has taken on stronger and her last two runs are very encouraging. The drop in divisions to a MR 65 should see her be very competitive. The one they all have to beat for me.
I don't think Peg o' My Heart is the immediate danger because they both one time winners, Laurel Cherry has beaten her at level weights, and now receives 1.5kgs.
The one that does scare me a little is Judith. She is a recent maiden winner over the distance, and quite comfortably it must be said, but her first run in a handicap. She must be the unknown entity in the race, and only the stable will know whether she has improved since that run.
