.....you wont see that cash today.....not because it is a bank/public holiday but withdrawals take no less than 24 hours.....get the cash....going to do a cash withdrawal myself from an agency later today.....none have banked cash yet....

That is the way i'm doing it too Muhtiman but even then you wait about 20 min for them to call accounts/head office to get clearance :dry:

Compare this to the communication from Hollywood ................and Du Plessis blames the open bet .................lol :evil:

.....to be fair to Hollywood and others.....it is easy to find good people....just gotta stay away from anyone that has Phumelela on the CV...... :lol:

Mind you ,there is a racing website worse than Tab-Online .............paying a subscription fee to ARO is a joke ..................fails at least 50% of the time!

.....ARO has compatibility problems with Internet Explorer.....try Google Chrome....

We may not get any public responses unless it really hits are nerve,but at least we do know that this site is read by THOSE WHO MAY NOT BE NAMED.

.....what I really find amusing is that ever since they announced that the old betting portal is to be closed on the 14 April 2016......they seemed to have sorted out the "time out" problem on this old betting site......this morning I checked my balance and 2 hours later it was still open and did not need to log back in......has the migration to the new site sorted out this age old problem.....or have they lifted the time out window now that the system is to become redundant.....frankly not looking forward to use the new site.....dabbled with it over the past few days and it has improved drastically.....but still a step backwards compared to the colour full and more practical old system.....

Muhti,I quite like the new site now that it has been fine tuned (still takes long to open the betting section though)
My problem is the "people|"aspect of Tab....................staff are incompetent/careless /lazy? which all falls under "mismanagement"
Even the customer care is mismanaged................if you wish to use the mail facility it doesn't accept the "type text" so the complaint never sends!
It is also ,surely a sad indictment when a customer can predict exactly when the website will fall over.................shouldn't that be a function of management with preventative measures?
I say again,the board of "P" fail in their fiduciary duty in many areas!

......but is this new site not part of the solution to stop the system from collapsing every time traffic increases like it did this past Saturday.... :dry:
.....if not ...then what was the point of getting a new one.....bit pointless spending tom on a website re-vamp and the problem still remains that their main frame and software are still inadequate to handle a slight spike in betting traffic..... :S
