I called their 086 number the other day as I've noticed that when I use the 'LAST SELECTION' button to take more bets THEIR SYSTEM adds some of it's own selections into the fields.

The woman called up my account,put me on speaker,printed my bets,called a colleague over to listen to what I was saying.

All in all it must have been 20 mins.

The conclusion was they would pass it on to the tech department.

That was it!

No 'thanks for taking time to bring this to our attention'

No 'we will sort this out and call you back when it's sorted'

The first thing you teach your child is to say please and thank you.

There is absolutely no common courtesy with this bunch.

The amazing thing is that this service is so predictable (I forecast it yesterday) but the management clowns who are paid to pre-empt service issues are clueless!

i see race 2 results missing for both Kenilworth and Turfies.

Anybody noticed that if you want to use the mail facility in the "customer care" area ,you have to type in a "password entry text" and ,from inception, it hasn't worked ..............so the fact that they receive no complaints must now just be a scam statistic!
The management of a site,which collects the revenue determining stakes, is a disgrace ..............how do these idiots keep their jobs?

This circus of mediocrity is never ending.

I made a withdrawal request on my account yesterday.

This morning I received an sms requesting a copy of my bank statement,so I called to confirm that this is legit.

The gentleman I spoke to said it was,and that they are doing a client update.

So I copied my statement and was about to mail it through when I looked at the email address that had been sent to me:

telebet@phumelel .com

and I thought really,shouldn't there be an a at the end of the Phumelel?

So I called,and lo and behold there is supposed to be an A at the end.

The email wouldn't have reached them.

What if I really needed this money asap,it is after all month end.

These may seem like small things to some,but it's just indicative of a general showing of TOTAL MEDIOCRITY.

Please Phumelela,just do these simple things right!
