Playabet new Website madness

Don't know how many people on here play with Playabets but wow the new site a mess.

I mean they are not even offering any Horse Racing online anymore, gotta do telephone betting only for horse races. Don't know how many of you are comfortable phoning Horseracing bets in while in you Open plan office where everyone listens and judges you. Plus the Codes on the soccer bets are ridiculous. GG/NG I2&4$ I MEAN COME ON.! plus they seem to be offering so many less bets on their Sporting markets that wat they did.

makes you wonder what makes companies decide to change the whole kit and kaboodle as drastically as they did.

Old site was great. I enjoyed it was easy on the eyes. new one looks like they wanted to copy EU Bookies websites.

I think they have stopped racing until further notice

@ 12:00 Phone number on the website asked the operator to tranfer my Funds from Website to Horseracing as it states on the Website. She tells me I need to make a withdrawal notification. Went to make a "withdraw" but there is nothing that indicates you want to transfer money between Sportbook and Racing. Decide to contact them via BBM.. (still waiting to accept) try Whatapp.. No answer. I email them eventually about there not being a option to transfer in the withdraw section @12:25 they email back apologise for miscommunication and tell me to just make a withdrawal notification.. 12:40 i get an email asking for my telebetting account details. give them my Playabet account Num. .. it's 13:00 no money been moved nothing..

I don't like to complain really.. or atleast not much.. But in all honesty i would not recommend Playabets to any horseracing fan . It's 2016 there is no reason that taking a bet in the first of Vaal needs to be this much effort.

The only good thing about this new site – my R500 limit has disappeared.
Getting a bet on is another story.

You don’t just click and the bet goes through – no, you waaiiit and waaiit, and then receive a message to the effect “new offer, accept?”.
Instead of the 13/10 on the website, the odds are now 11/10, or the handicap has moved from +5.5 to +3.5!
Check the site 5 minutes later and original price or handicap is still on offer.

How can the gambling board allow this rubbish?

There used to be a rule that the bookie must lay the price on offer to lose a certain amount. Now they can apparently do what they please to screw the punter.

Guys don't bother with these okes.....WSB is a 1 stop shop. They are the best!!

If they (WSB) don't limit your bets, it's time to revise your betting strategy.
