Surely this is how betting works - if you find that outsider on the day (unscrupulously or not), you show a profit ...and the competition reflects the real world ...yes you need a bit of luck, but that is the case in many sports (bounce of the ball, etc.) on any given day?

And to CM, I'll be sure to follow your formula in trying to find the July winner :lol:

100% correct Frodo...finding the lurker is also a skill... and that is what is required in these competitions as shown in the last competition. Dave had 7 out of 10 winners and finished 5th... just blindly selecting favourites is not a skill (Apologies Dave :blush: :blush: )
