His views on handicapping are quite interesting. Would be a nightmare to study form if only the winner received a penalty though!

We live in strange times...here is a guy who has been around the world and shown his class. he has nothing to prove. Yet the powers that be would probably appoint people in positions that probably never left their 'back yard'. We never seem to honour appreciate excellence and talent...Mediocrity is the order of the day everywhere, in particular racing! Great interview by James!
