Durbanville Wednesday

Last I looked the pen was 26 , so might slow the front runners down.
Also noticed that a horse was withdrawn on Monday for no suitable jockey ? Impossible imo

Race 7- Nevada @ 4's probably only bet for me. Should be better off having had a run in the province, which was not a total disgrace either.

Making an exception to my no SA punting rule and playing Durbanville but only this bet tomorrow. Cos I really like Durbanville, have had really good days punting there and the meetings don't happen often either.

Think union jack can place top 4 in the last, mr orffer is usually solid at durbanville (for me anyway). And the 3 superskinny favourites - I'm just blindly following the money.
What's making you steer so clear karma besides the blatant lack of value in a few of the races (also noticed a few unraced horses in a few of the races), other than that ?

Imo, I do think the prices of the 1st few favs are very skinny (they could all come home lonely) coupled with the fact that most of the card, I would say up to about 80% have never raced at Durbanville which is a completely different to kenilworth. Might sound silly, but I have seen alot of horses (dont ask for names lol) that thrive on durbanville but not fans of kenilworth and visa versa. Like I say, could be very wrong, but would not suprise me to see some shock results on the card today.

Clear skies and a tail wind, will that dry the track a bit?

I had to laugh when perusing the changes on todays card. Being fired now has a new euphemism - "mutual agreement". This decision should be phrased correctly " disengaged by stable due to incompetent previous performance" if any euphemisms are needed
Good on the Snaiths.

Race 1: Cape Horn looks hard to oppose unless a very talented first timer pops up. We have Elusive Singer on debut. He will need the experience, but the dam was quick and he shows a bit of pace at home so include in quartets.
Race 2:Sandy Bay and Under Milkwood should fight this out. The latter has more scope for improvement. We have Red Berry Candle running. She ran ok her first start when needing it and should show some improvement here. Place chance.
Race 3: World in Union looks the right one here, although quite a competitive race - 2,5,11,12 all have fair form. We have Elusive Freedom and Desert Wisdom running- both are coming along slowly and needed their first outings. Should show some improvement but not fancied today.
Race 4:Impressed and Valado should fight this out, but both have wide draws. Bigger perms include 3,5,6.
