I think 30 days would have been fair. Had it been found that he purposefully pulled it up for financial gain like Andrew does every Friday then I think a life ban would have been warranted.

Any idea what Bernard got for not riding that horse out to the line in Scottsville?

To say he pulled the horse up is garbage , case of over confidence or just misjudgment.

Eg armed robbery for 10k and in one case there is a murder same net effect but one is far worse. Imo the stipes need to completely review this and be more severe. if bling knew he could get a year for that sort of offence do you think he would have done that - answer is no!

Racing is already a joke and just becomes more laughable by the day, 60 days for BLATANTLY pulling up a horse, so if you sit still, don't push and watch another horse beat you apparently that isn't pulling in some eyes, guess we have a few members of gold circle on this forum LAUGHABLE

I'm not sure if everyone is reading me correctly. I'm not saying he pulled the horse to get beat........he basically applied the brakes too early, ie BEFORE THE FINISH LINE ..... an error of judgement yes, A BIG ERROR, but in my eyes a greater offence than that of Striker, If u listen to the commentary, this horse should have won by 5 or 6 ....... applying the brakes too early ( slowing the horse down, pulling it up ) - certainly changed all that.
