Did I hear right ..............that Legal Eagle is already in Cape Town preparing for the Cape Season,and especially the Met?

Yes you did.
I wouldn't be so sure about it being no race, as we the punters still don't know who the trainers are who were abusing cobalt and also we don't know how good Marinaresco is.
Also why did Legal Eagle skip the 1600m gr 1 race in KZN when the race was at his mercy.He couldn't incur penalties for queens plate or met, so why skip KZN if Cape season is his mission.I will be brassing Legal Eagle for queens plate and met.

I hear you ,but the info I got about why races were missed in KZN satisfies me and on the Marinesco front ,I could be wrong,but its time to put my money where my mouth is ...........................I cant believe the price LE is ..........win or lose,that is for me!

Pretty exciting Cape summer coming up.

Would love to see Bela-Bela follow Smart Call's route. Just remember watching every race last season of Smart Call and that includes the prep runs in Joburg. I just think Alec Laird planned her season like a master after winning the Woolavington.

We've already had it confirmed that Legal Eagle, Mac de Lago and Abashiri are coming down for the QP & Met double. New Predator is coming for the QP as well (Latest on Brazuca?).

I suppose the other options to come would be for Woodruff (Master Sabina & Deo Juvente) + Howells (Ten Gun Salute & Saratoga Dancer) but it would be nice if Gary Alexander brought down Kangaroo Jack and Champagne Haze for QP (Both top horses) ,but unlikely.
