This Thread is indicative of whose hands local horseracing is in.
This is about nothing more than a simple, polite notification of an omission on a website and has become a drawn out saga.
What happened to ......"thanks for your notification ,we will look at it and do the necessary"?
(and I tried to point it out directly without using the forum to embarrass them in any way ...silly me)

Couple of responses today
Firstly Gold Circle have sent this press release to their members and email database.. see below
It has been brought to Gold Circle’s attention that a number of emails addressed to its employees and support services have been rejected by our Internet Service Provider’s email filtering system. This is due to the sender’s email being recognised as conforming to a spam address.
This situation is deeply regretted and as a result we are looking to move to a new filter system, this is expected to be completed by next week.
If you have experienced this and need to contact a member of staff at Gold Circle please do so telephonically on 031 314 1500.

Dear Bob
Thank you for bringing Mr Faux’s complaint to our attention.
Firstly, Mr Faux’s emails to support@goldcircle.co.za and aveens@goldcircle.co.za were rejected by our Internet Service Provider’s email filtering system this is explained in our press release of today’s date.
As far as his original problem is concerned we acknowledge that there was an error on the original run-on sheet on www.tabgold.co.za . When this was brought to our attention by Mr Faux’s post on ABC it was removed from the site and the corrected sheet was reinstated yesterday, 11 October 2016.
We profusely apologise for any negative impact that this error may have caused to anyone using the sheet for form study purposes.
Steps have been taken to ensure that this situation will not recur.
Kind regards
Patrick Loker
