I think we should always give service providers a chance to resolve issues by reporting them directly rather than using the forum as the kick-off point!
I sent the following E-Mail to Support@goldcircle.co.za (exact wording)
"As somebody who uses your run-ons for form study,I would request that whoever manages them ensures their efficacy.
The moved meeting on the 18 sept,2016 does(not) (omitted by finger trouble) reflect and I assume it has something to do with a coding issue (moved from Scottsville to Greyville Poly.)
Bletchly in race 1 at Scottsville is a example of how omission can be costly.
Please can you ensure whoever manages them checks that they exist in the tables,

I got the following message back "message rejected by content analysis check.This e-mail has been rejected.The email message was detected as spam."

Same F&%(& result (my e-mails work everywhere else) maybe they treat e-mails like customer care .........just work and a bloody nuisance.
(if they care at all ,they can react to what I posted ....it covers the request)

It is amazing that the management and directors of Gold Circle read this site and yet there is no response..... "shoot yourself in the foot"?

I think my mail was very polite and respectful-I don't think they used to that :evil:

Sadly customer care and Gold Circle have no association whatsoever. I suppose the industry as a whole lacks this, yet casinos have taken away much of the revenue. I think the difference with casinos is you are treated well whether you win or lose. I remember back in the day when people use to be fetched and driven to casinos and given free meals, drinks and accommodation. They recognized their big customers and acted accordingly to retain them. For those of us who prefer horse racing, we are left to a hiding to nothing. The late Larry Mansour could have taught them a thing or two about customer service.
