Scottsville 21 Des

Hi Clanners, I see someone is really climbing into my horse Bombshell Girl for tomorrow, don't, she needs the run and could be anything after the move from the Cape. Caution ! She has not shown me anything to date and is a head-case. I really hope I am so wrong. However I believe it will take a good horse to beat Madame Excess tomorrow and I can with far more confidence give her to you as an e/w prospect. ;)

lots of white in her formgrids - not one direct winner in 4 starts including maiden win but maybe kzn is her province? i thought a hard race that could produce a result

First Timers Race 2:

Coral Lights (9) : Her dam, Coral Tree has produced, Coral Fever who ran second to Noah From Goa and then contested features races but then won a Merit Rated Handicap when dropped back in class. Her grandam, is Crimson Lily, who has produced, Red Badge, Ravishing and Dynastic Power.

Marriot (12) : Lammerskraal stud owns it so it will give you a hint. Her dam, Killie Campbell has produced multiple winner Kileigh. Her grandam is Donya who has produced, Abashiri, Drift Ice amongst others. Her third dam is Fashing who produced, Yard Arm. From an impeccable family.

Silver Sails (15) : Her grandam is Waiwera meaning her third dam is multiple Grade 1 winner, Wainui who won the Queens Plate and placed in the Met.

Wynkelder (16) : Her dam, Al Vino has produced 4 time winner, Kanokop. Her granddam Montrachet, produced Montchenot who might have been one of Joey Ramsdens early graded winners. From the family of Rushing Wind.

Weather update..
It rained early this morning, It is still drizzling.. it's that fine drizzle (kind of more than a sea spray). The horses would love it.
It's welcome though after the immense heat that we have had and it's a nice a cool morning.

I think both the Goodman horses, Enchanted Drawing and Salsa Queen will run well.
Sonar Active is the best e/w for me today.
Danish Cross can also win for Zackey.
ACADEMY PRINCESS is worth a small 4 place punt at 466/100
