One can only imagine what goes on in this country, where the level of surveillance and scrutiny as compared to the UK, is almost non existent.
I guess any person of reasonable intelligence will know that these things have being going on for ever , but having watched the video reminds me of just how vulnerable and dumb us average punters are.
The odds of winning are so badly stacked against you that it's only compulsive gamblers or eternal optimists that would continue to gamble on horses .
@ sealegs yes it's definitely an eye opener to Joe public putting their had earned money and following form.
I'm sure the powers that be will tell us otherwise and that racing is 120% straight here and that all is in order. .
