.....if all horses were equal in ability then jockeyship would really matter.....better horses make jocks much better....knocking jocks for riding ability is not fair if they are unable to find decent rides....

....I would never halve a bet because a better specimen is ridden by a jock with poor stats....I'd be grateful for the better price....but I would lay a top jock on a lesser specimen

grant behr is one of the worst jockeys from a punting perspective i have lost big moola on.. pine princess(coming to mind)...i believe he is not consistent, yes i have noticed he wins on his recent rides even made killed me out of a few recent winning bets.. FOLLOWD HIM YESTERDAY ,LIKE HIM ON QUARLLO(GOT SCRATCH)..so now i will follow him with caution but he is not my favourite jock too, just like trainer H Crawford.(ONE CAN NEVER FIGURE THEM OUT)
