Symonds does it again

Aussie batter gets caught off the glove and does not walk. Same umpire that did not give him out in the 2nd Test and now it happens again. He must have felt the ball come off his glove. But then he is an Aussie and they will do whatever it takes to win.

No one. The English don't get caught behind they are usually bowled or caught lobbing catches to the outfield. If you get a slight edge then sure stand your ground but when you hit the ball and they hear it in the top of the stands and you don't walk then that's what people don't like.

So blatant, one has to wonder at the standard of the umpire and the 'integrity' of the batsman. But then again, winning has become everything and human values have taken a back seat. Symonds was roundly booed by the locals, and rightly so, when he reached his 'stolen' 50.
Time for technology.
3 referals per innings.
In a blatant case as this, where umpire and player transgressed again, suspend both.
Sadly nowadays these so-called 'icons' need to be shown up and the next generation taught that it doesnt pay to cheat.

Missed the Symonds incident but did see Chanderpaul once again hold firm whilst all around him crumbled.

Can't see the culture of walking coming back unfortunately, the games to awash with money. I'm sad about that.

Well known fact Andrew Symonds only walks when his car runs out of petrol!
