I don't know much about the broadcast industry but i worked at Telkom for many years in a specialized field where we tested links etc. for many projects. Normally if we knew we would be testing a link say at 1pm in the afternoon, we would go to the site early in the morning and do several "dry runs"with our National Noc in Pretoria from PE. If we got the go ahead from them we would leave the site and return at 1pm to do the official testing etc.

Now granted things go wrong from time to time i find it hard to fathom that for the whole morning up until racing started after 1pm that nobody thought to release a statement saying they're experiencing technical issues. if they did and i missed it then i apologise. It's just mind boggling.

.....collectively they will drag our racing down to the stone age.... :whistle:

.....wonder if no pictures getting broadcast....then will these races run today ever be on a replay on TT......
